General conversion tips and notes

• 450g = 1 lb = 16 oz.
• 150 g flour = 1/3 pound flour = approximately 1 cup. Alternately, 1 pound flour = 3.6 – 4 cups
• 250 g sugar = 1 cup. Alternately, a little over 1/2 pound sugar = 1 cup
• 1/4 liter is approximately 1 cup (8 oz.)
