Rice flour pudding (no. 2)

(Recipe #11, page 154)

Ingredients: 7 ounces [approx. 1-1/4 cups] of rice flour, a good ½ quart of milk, ¼ pound of washed currants, 3 ounces of butter, 3 ounces [1/2 cup] of sugar, 6 eggs, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Follow the recipe above.—Serves 8–10.—Boil for 2½ hours.
